Frames

     We use only USA made 316 stainless steel tubing in 1 inch and 1 1/4 Inch sizes. Also, all of out frames fittings are made of 316 stainless steel. Our frames and fittings are designed to last the lifetime of your boat. We have found that using 304 Stainless Steel ( usually produced in China) has a tendency to develop surface rust. The aluminum frames tend to be weak and quickly oxidize. Our Stainless Steel frames are guaranteed to last the life of the boat and can handle strong winds and snow loads that frequent our area.
